We do not offer returns on any products once purchased. Please ensure you review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement for the same product.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.

• The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
